No, we offer both classroom and residential program.
What is the eligibility for enrolling to the residential courses?
It’s an integrated coaching program for board as well as entrance; Class 10 passed out students is eligible for the admissions.

Yes, we have the hostel facility at our Jyotirmoy Knowledge Park.
Will the same faculty conduct the coaching and school?
No, there will be separate experienced faculty for the coaching classes.

To keep the parents updated about the performance, attendance, fees deposition and other vital information, parents can log in to our website and mobile apps to get the available information.
Parent Teacher Interaction (PTI) will also be conducted time to time for exchanging information.
What is the process to select faculties?
Faculties are selected through written test, Demonstration classes and final interview with the panel of academicians.
Is there any library facility at the center?
We have library facility at all our centers with up to date pool of books.
What are the opportunities for missed out classes?
All the important classes will be captured and be available on Mobile apps or Center’s computer system. Student can log in the site and take notes.
If I have any complain or suggestion, how can I contact you?
We have created an open system at our coaching center; you can register through apps or write on the complaint register book.
Up to which level can my issue be taken, in case of any?
We have an escalation matrix along with a Turnaround Time (TAT), so after certain time it will go to the next level. It can go up to Operation Head, depend on the severity of the issue.
How you will track my attendance?
All our centers are equipped with CCTV and Biometrics, so your attendance will be captured in the system.
If I lost my study material, is there any process through which a new study material can be issued to me?
The study material can be issued, but it will be chargeable.
Is there any refund policy?
Yes, we have the refund policy, only for the tuition fees.
